24 hours a day...a duty of a mom never stops. You are constantly
reminded of your responsible duties as a parent. The other day, I had to
make an imperative decision. This decision not only affect myself but
the well being of my child. Before I was pregnant, I constantly worked
out. I stayed in the gym at least three to four times a week. I was
active and healthy. I started fasting, I consume water constantly and
became health conscious as well. I contribute my healthy habits prior to my pregnancy, that
allowed me to have a healthy pregnancy with my daughter. I did not have
morning sickness, my weight gain was normal, and no complications. I
was fortunate. Now fast forward 4 years later, I have gotten off track. What happen? I became lazy and made
excuses. Even though I can still fit in my clothes, but I started to notice a change in my shape.(NOT GOOD). I
do not have "baby fat" from the pregnancy. This weight gain and lack of muscle tone is from
eating too much of the wrong things. I love good food. But I need to
love more healthy things and have enough exercise in place to enjoy my
favorite foods.
So I made a commitment to myself and
Autumn, that mommy is getting FIT again. It's not about going on a diet
but a lifestyle change. No more buffalo wings. (for a while :0) Once you
go over thirty, your body does feel different. I miss the feeling of
being in my twenties. So I'm working hard and staying on a routine to
eat healthier and exercise more.#FlirtyThirties #Summertime Fine #Prettymomrocks #FITmom
Just do it.
